Kundalini Reiki Millennium je holistički sistem energetskog isceljenja koji kombinuje drevnu mudrost o kundalini energiji sa reiki kanalima isceljenja. Sistem je kreirao Ole Gabrielsen, a prenosi se direktnom inicijacijom (attunement) od učitelja na učenika.
Medicinski simbol Kaducej (štap Hermesa) krije skriveno značenje Buđenja Kundalini energije: štap predstavlja kundalini kanal (Sushumna), glava štapa simbolizuje kruničnu čakru, krila predstavljaju slobodu i oslobođenje, a dve zmije simbolizuju dvostruki heliks DNK.
Šta se aktivira inicijacijom
Kroz inicijaciju se aktiviraju dva energetska kanala koji počinju od korenaste čakre, spiralno se uzdižu duž kičme i izlaze kroz kruničnu čakru. Ako si akumulirao previše energije, može doći do glavobolje. Ako imaš premalo, osećaš umor. Uzemljivanje balansira oba ekstrema i vraća prirodni tok.
Kada si siguran u sopstvenu sesiju, možeš početi da radiš sa prijateljem ili klijentom. Procedura je slična samo-isceljenju.
Priprema prostora
Pobrinise se da je primaoc udoban — sedi ili leži. Upali umirujuću muziku po želji.
Molba za zaštitu
Izgovori kratku molitvu: "Bože, molim da budemo zaštićeni tokom ove sesije i da primimo vođstvo koje nam je potrebno. Molim sve Uzašle Majstore, Anđele i Arhanđele koji su potrebni da dođu sada i daju [ime] isceljenje koje mu/joj treba. Hvala!"
Sesija
Postavi ruke na stomak i misli "Kundalini Reiki". Drži 3–5 min. Zatim iznad očiju 3–5 min. Zatim srčana čakra 3–5 min. Pusti intuiciju da te vodi.
Završetak i higijena
Završi sesiju, preseci energetske niti i uradi vežbu uzemljivanja. Daj primaocu vremena da se vrati i podeli iskustvo.
Nakon što si sam primio/la inicijaciju i savladao/la sistem, možeš je prenositi drugima. Inicijacija se daje u jednom jedinom attunementu koji prenosi sve nivoe sistema.

Kundalini Reiki Millennium is a holistic energy healing system that combines ancient wisdom about kundalini energy with Reiki healing channels. The system was created by Ole Gabrielsen and is transmitted through direct initiation (attunement) from teacher to student.
The medical symbol of the Caduceus (Staff of Hermes) holds the hidden meaning of Kundalini Awakening: the staff represents the kundalini channel (Sushumna), the crown of the staff symbolizes the crown chakra, the wings represent freedom and liberation, and the two snakes symbolize the double helix of DNA.
What the initiation activates
Through the initiation, two energy channels are activated that begin at the root chakra, spiral upward along the spine, and exit through the crown chakra. These channels, symbolically called "kundalini snakes," actually correspond to the structure of DNA. When activated, they help awaken hidden gifts, true potential, and talents from past lives.
The initiation simultaneously cleanses and strengthens all chakras, the main energy channel, and the energetic connection to Earth. After initiation, there is a free flow of energy from the Earth, through all chakras, and out through the crown chakra.
Note: The Kundalini Reiki Millennium system is transmitted in a single initiation that includes all energies described in this guide. Children should ideally be at least 8 years old before receiving the initiation.
After receiving your initiation, find a quiet place and test the energy flow in the following order:
Activation — Stomach
Place your hands on your stomach and mentally say the words "Kundalini Reiki". This will instantly start the energy. Hold the position for 3–5 minutes.
Eyes and forehead
Place your hands over your eyes and hold for 3–5 minutes. If you feel warmth, pulsing, or gentleness — that is the energy at work.
Heart chakra
Place your hands in the middle of your chest (heart chakra) and hold for 3–5 minutes.
Closing the session
End the mini session by rubbing your palms together and rising to full wakefulness. Use the disconnect technique described in the Spiritual Hygiene section.
Important: Energy always flows where it is needed. Like water thrown on a path full of potholes — the water finds the holes on its own. You do not need to direct the energy manually; just start the flow and it will go where it's needed.
Kundalini Reiki cleanses and opens all 7 chakras, as well as the Sushumna channel that runs from the root to the crown chakra. Here is an overview of the chakras activated through the initiation:

Foundation of the kundalini flow, connection to Earth. Clearing this chakra is crucial — it usually holds the most blockages. "The Earth supports and nourishes me."

Creativity, emotions, life force. The Hara chakra — the starting point of the kundalini ascent. "I create and feel freely."
Manipura · Solar Plexus
Personal power, will, transformation. The fire that accompanies the kundalini ascent. "I am my own strength."

The Sushumna Channel
The main energy channel — Sushumna — runs from the root chakra to the crown. Through the initiation, this channel is cleansed and widened to the optimal size for each individual. When kundalini flows freely through the Sushumna, a person becomes like a rechargeable battery — the Earth continuously charges them with life force.
This special meditation takes about 5 minutes and strengthens the kundalini flow, lights up all chakras and energy channels, and aids the cleansing process of the energetic system. It can be used once per day.

1. Sit or lie down — eyes open or closed.

You can visualize life force radiating from the Earth, entering through your legs, passing through all chakras from the root upward, and exiting through the crown chakra like a fountain. Maintain this flow until you feel a release.
Note
Meditation is not mandatory for kundalini energy to work — but it is a valuable tool you can use at your own discretion. It is recommended once a day, for as many days as you like.

Distance healing — basic technique
Cup your hands and imagine the person inside them. Start the flow of energy. It is not important how precisely you visualize the person — the intention to heal is enough to direct the energy to the right place.
Healing karmic bonds
Between us and those who have been close to us, there is always a karmic bond. These bonds can weigh us down and negatively affect our body. Healing karmic bonds often strengthens relationships.
Karmic bond healing technique
To heal the relationship between yourself and someone else, write with your finger on your palm: "my relationship with my mother". Clasp your hands and start the flow of energy.
To heal someone else's relationship: "Robert's relationship with his mother". This method works for both distance healing and when the person is present.

During a healing session you create an energetic connection with the person you are sending energy to. If you do not sever this connection, you may remain linked to that person — which can lead to energy drain or fatigue.
Disconnecting
Thread-cutting technique
When you finish a session, ask God to help you disconnect from the receiver. Then make a swift "karate chop" motion in front of you and say:
"Cut all threads!"
Repeat 1–3 times. You will most likely feel immediate relief.
Grounding

Feet on the ground
If you have access to outdoor ground, stand barefoot and mentally say: "I now ground!" Stand for 2–5 minutes.

Visualization (if indoors)
Close your eyes and imagine you are standing barefoot on grass or earth. The intentional image is equally effective.
Why grounding matters
If you have accumulated too much energy, it can result in a headache. Too little energy results in tiredness. Grounding balances both extremes and restores natural flow.
Once you are confident in your own sessions, you can begin working with a friend or client. The procedure is similar to self-healing.
Prepare the space
Make sure the receiver is comfortable — sitting or lying down. Play calming music if desired.
Prayer for protection
Say a short prayer: "God, I ask that we will be protected during this session and that we will receive the guidance we need. I ask that all Ascended Masters, Angels, and Archangels needed in this session come now and give [name] the healing they need. Thank you!"
The session
Place hands on the stomach and think "Kundalini Reiki". Hold 3–5 min. Then above the eyes 3–5 min. Then heart chakra 3–5 min. Let intuition guide you.
Closing and hygiene
End the session, cut the energetic threads, and perform the grounding exercise. Give the receiver time to return and share their experience.
After you have received the initiation and mastered the system yourself, you can transmit it to others. The initiation is given in a single attunement that conveys all levels of the system at once.
In-person initiation procedure
1. Have the receiver sit in a chair with their hands in a prayer position.
2. Hold the receiver's hands in yours and mentally hold the words: "Kundalini Reiki Millennium"
3. Hold this position until you feel a sense of completeness.
4. The initiation is complete.
Distance initiation
Imagine that you are holding the receiver's hands. All other steps are identical to the in-person initiation. The energy of transmission is not limited by distance.
When you finish the initiation, perform the disconnect and grounding exercises. You can invite participants to feel the area about 30 cm (12") above each other's heads before and after the attunement — the difference in energy density is often palpable.
Manual Kundalini Activation
There is also a manual way to activate the Kundalini — useful when the Kundalini flow has weakened:
Earth connection
Cup your hands and mentally visualize the connection from the root chakra to Earth being cleansed.
Chakra cleansing
Starting from the Hara chakra, visualize each chakra inside cupped hands and mentally state: "Cleanse".
Root chakra
This chakra usually holds the most blockages — give it special attention.
Sushumna channel
Visualize the entire channel from the root to the crown and state once: "Kundalini channel — cleanse and widen"
Activation
Visualize the person in cupped hands and mentally state once: "Activate Kundalini". Hold for 30–60 seconds. Integration continues for up to 24 hours.

After receiving the initiation and successfully completing the training, each participant may request from Predrag Kovačić the issuance of a certificate confirming that they have undergone Kundalini Reiki Millennium training and initiation.
Note: The initiation transmits all levels and all types of Reiki energy described in this guide at once. After receiving the initiation, you become a permanent channel for this energy and can use it for personal work, work with clients, and transmitting it to others.
